  •  What is the security deposit amount?
     Studios - $750 One bedroom - $900 Two bedrooms - $1,100 Three bedrooms - $1,300
  • What fees are required to apply?
    $100 application fee per adult $350 administration fee
  • Who do I contact for after hours emergencies?

  • What lease terms are available?
    7, 12, and 15 months lease terms offered
  • Is the community pet-friendly?
    Absolutely, our community welcomes pets! Before moving in with your furry companion, please register them on our Pet Screening Portal. Simply visit the Queue Residences Pet Screening Portal and create a profile for your pet. This process is required for all new leases and renewals.  We are thrilled to welcome your pets and ensure responsible pet management.  You can access the Pet Screening Portal in the menu bar under 'More'
  • What are the pet-related fees?
    One-time non-refundable $500 for 1 pet, $750 for 2pets, $65 non-refundable DNA swab fee, $25 monthly fee per pet
  • What is included in the rent? 
    Enjoy access to our modern amenities including xyz. Maintenance. One and two bedroom apartments include 1 assigned parking space, while three-bedroom residences include 2 assigned spaces.
  • How long can I hold an apartment for?  
    30 days from the time of approval. 60 days from time of approval
  • Are there furnished units available?  
    no
  • Can I rent an additional parking space?
    Yes, for an additional $120 per month you can rent an extra parking space. You can rent 1 additional parking space per apartment. Subject to availability.
  • Are there any utilities included in the rent?
    Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, depending on their personal usage. 
  • Is satellite TV available in my apartment?
    Our sole provider is AT&T
  • What proof of income is needed if I am self-employed?
    The last 2 years of the personal income tax return notorizd or signed by a CPA as well as  the most recent 6 current and consecutive bank statements in U.S currency, demonstrating a total deposit amount equivalent to at least 3 times the net effective monthly deposits.
  •  Can I park a commercial vehicle in the garage?
    No commercial vehicles are permitted in our garage.
  •  Can I transfer my own renter's insurance policy?
    Yes, it must cover the entire lease term and be at least $300,000 personal liability coverage. All lease holders must be listed on the lease.
  • Is online rent payment an option?
    Yes, we only allow online rent payments.
  • Are there fees for paying rent online?
    If you pay using the E-check option by entering your bank account information the fee is $3.  If you pay using a debit or credit card, there is a 3% convenience fee assessed.
  • Is there a designated area for movers during move-in?
    Yes, we have one designated area in each xxx area 
  • On which days are move-in allowed?
    Move-ins are permitted Mondays through Saturdays. Please call the management office for designated time slots. Can we get this scheduled online thru app?
  • Am I permitted to have a grill on my patio or balcony?
    No, unfortunately grills are not permitted on patios or balconies. We do have a BBQ grill area for our residents enjoyment.
  • Are there electric car charging stations on-site?
    Yes, we have electric car charging stations on a first come first serve basis.
  • Is storage available on the property?
    Yes, we have both climate controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units for rent. Pricing  ranges from $50-$90 a month.  Subject to availability.
  •  Do movers need to provide a certificate of insurance?  
    yes
  •  Is carpeting provided in the apartments?
    No, we have xxx flooring throughout.
  •  Is smoking allowed on the balcony?
    No, we are a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited in the residences, patio or balconies; or in any of our common areas.
  • Where can I park a motorcycle or scooter?
    Motorcycles or scooters must be parked in its own assigned parking space. You can purchase an additional assigned parking space for $120 per month.  Subject to availability.  Please contact the Management Office for restrictions.
  • Where do I store bikes?
    ..
  • How can I submit a maintenance request?
    Through our resident portal, you can submit all maintenance requests.
  • Do I need to be home for maintenance requests to be completed?
    No, with your authorization, maintenance can complete your request without you being present. However, if you have a dog, you will need to be home to watch the pet.
